Reservations for dinner service become available 30 days in advance of the current date. If no reservations appear, that means we are fully booked, but you can give us a call @ (504)345-2031, add yourself to the "notify" list or walk-in for the Izakaya/Liquor bar.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations for those unable to arrive within the 15 minutes grace period past the original reservation time.
CANCELLATIONS: Please notify us by phone (504-345-2031), email (info@yakuzahouse.com), in-person or through the link in your text confirmation 24-hours in advance to cancel your reservation.
**We do NOT answer the phone when we're closed on Sunday's & Monday's.**
NO-SHOWS: As limited seatings as we are, no-shows for reservations hurt small businesses like us. No-shows are subject to being charged the reservation fee: $15 per person. Sorry, no refunds.
